Lead Bookkeeper

Detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper who can lead this area of our business to achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has experience with Xero or possibly Quickbooks and is comfortable utilizing technology in every aspect of the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform all bookkeeping tasks required by our clients to result in monthly and annual reports
  • Communicate with clients regarding their accounts
  • Ensure the confidentiality of client information by following all company procedures
  • Grow our business by promoting our services and expanding our client base
  • Manage the bookkeeping side of our business to achieve our organization goals

Qualifications:

  • Xero Advisor, Quickbooks ProAdvisor, AIPB Certified Bookkeeper, or comparable certification a strong plus
  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with Xero or Quickbooks
  • Experience generating end of year reports for tax preparation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to lead our bookkeeping process and grow our business
